Computer perversity
Jul. 10th, 2013 10:08 amThis is a test post. My comp has been misbehaving for days and seeming sluggish. So I have organised professional help (for the comp, not me). Today, the day of the appointment, the comp is behaving, seemingly perfectly. I've done everything I usually do on LJ except post. If I hear in 20 minutes that there is nothing wrong with it, I am probably going to have words with this machine.
Weather's warmer. Not warm but not the single-figure freezing mornings it's been for awhile. This is day off so I will later go to the gym and do a bit of food shopping. The rats will snooze and digest breakfast. I will continue trying to decide what is the best way to make it to Swanbourne during the big rail shutdown, when the central Perth station is closed for them to finish digging a new tunnel. M has organised with sister-in-law, hereby designated JO, because my brother is already J, to meet up on the Sunday. She knew about the travel problems. Didn't seem to make any difference to them. Everything has to suit JO.
End of test transmission.
