stephen_dedman, I think you somehow passed Rowan's cold/aka man flu on to me. There's no other explanation except for the thousands of potentially diseased travellers on public transport.

I hope to be ok for gaming on Wednesday night. Made it through today at work with much dosing and don't have to work tomorrow. Ironically, work chose to give us pizzas for lunch in combination with a meeting, so I had to stand there and breathe them in. The cold was all that made it possible for me to stop at one piece, remembering that I am trying to control my cholesterol levels, which the doc thinks are a bit high.

Immortal words from our courts, after a judge complained that a lawyer was taking too long:

"Well, there were a lot of helpful interruptions from your Honour!"

The MC at the quiz night was sick - he came and breathed on us a few times...the timing would be about right too.

Well, he probably didn't know it either; he looked quite healthy and did a good job of yelling over the sports fans. I'm blaming Stephen because he told me about Rowan's cold the day before :-)

Oh he did know it, he confessed to me that he had the sore throat from hell and it was just the medication that was keeping him going...
