Today's the last day of my break. Weather is gray, windy and wet outside. I'm a little peeved because I slept in this morning when I hadn't meant to but truth is, there's not much for an awake person to do. The thought of slogging in to work tomorrow is definitely a downer but they offer money.

I'll try to do some writing - anyone got a writing assignment to get me going? - and some reading of the books I picked up from Fantastic Planet on Friday. Kim Harrison's latest, Just A Few Demons More and Glenda Larke's Song of the Shiver Barrens.

PS: The icon reflects the chewing hobby of my pet rats. They love polar fleece!

Here's a couple that might appeal or not.
1) I have a secret you've only just found out about and it's of a science fictional nature. How have I kept this from you, how is it affecting our friendship? Go from there.

Hm, I'll try number one. The jelly baby would be a bit more of a challenge...

You being an alien would be too easy, besides, I suspect a number of my friends of not being from this planet.
