Life check from Netflix
Jun. 14th, 2018 04:17 pmI received my first "life signs" check from Netflix last night. "Do you want to keep watching or go back to browse?" it asked. Hint hint: maybe time to go to bed, dude!
I was watching the US reality show "Lockup. State Prisons" and had been for the entire evening." The US penal system is heavyweight and very strange to me. The show can also be listened to and tracked while one is making dinner, cleaning out the Rat Palace, visiting the bathroom or many other things which take partial concentration. The oddest event so far is two inmates who managed to tattoo one another's *eyes*; red in one case, blue in the other. "I thought black might be too scary," said blue guy, "so I went with dark blue." Riiiight. Still can't look at either of 'em!
