I'm trying to get my brain in order here. I have just realised that someone I very much want to see/meet will be at the local Comic Con and sorting out my ticket when my printer doesn't work and they seem to expect one will be able to print it for oneself has broken my brain.
My brain, btw, has been fuzzed out for a couple of days, because I managed to catch a stomach bug most likely at the con and have not been at my best.
I am scared I will forget the books I've read as they pile up without me commenting on them, so I am going to list their names and promise fervently to get back to them. Some time. Honest. I'm still not feeling great, tho. I have to get some groceries and that's going to be interesting:
The Books:
The rest of the Order of the Air Books (4 ebooks). E books are a real pain when one wants to write about them; you can't easily leaf through and find that bit you meant to highlight
Ancillary Mercy - Ann Leckie
Flashback - Dan Simmons
Coming Up: The books I got at Swancon 41
The Rook - Daniel o"Malley
The Children Star - Joan Slonczewski
North of the Dragonlands - Stephen Dedman
