Scrabble is back

Scrabble has worked out its differences with whoever and is back. I discovered this just before 6pm today. Saturday. Still in dedicated $-saving mode and anyway, Midland train was taking their turn to be off. This is beginning to really bug me. Next weekend the Fremantle train is off again. How much "track maintenance" do they have to bloody do? If it's not helping them to run the trains every weekend instead of every other, what's the freaking point?

So I did my vacuuming and a bit of leftover laundry and some gardening, which at this time of year is mostly "pull out the dead nasturtium plants and start picking up the bark." The lemon scented eucalypt has Bark Season where it undresses itself on to my garden. I am having a brain-freeze period with writing, so I read some fanfiction instead and also some of a story I'm reading for somebody else. And made notes, so I could feel as though I'm actually doing some work. Took a nap which I probably shouldn't have done as now my head is foggy, but it was out of boredom.

Hope there's something worth watching on TV but I doubt it. They keep showing movies they've shown dozens of times before. I'm still trying to integrate my rats, two new young ones and the residents. If any of the usual suspects would like to play trains online, I'll be here.

Next weekend I am going to the Pride march.
