Now it's working....so far
Jun. 21st, 2014 03:38 pmI've been having a problem with LiveJournal, i.e. it began crashing every time I tried to use it, notably when I was trying to read friends' posts or posting myself.
I cleared the cache. I deleted cookies and history. I defragged.
Didn't help.
Then I unchecked the box on logins which keeps you automatically logged in.
This is apparently acceptable. I never had a problem with it before, so can only guess that the changes to LJ itself could be responsible, as![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
hgws has speculated. Very odd. When I logged on with Chrome, it was okay; just not with IE. Anyway, I'm tentatively returned. Am spending the day doing housework and laundry, which includes using the dryer to dry everything. It hasn't been wet enough to really appreciate that particular device until now.
