Sneezing zombie

Sick today. A cold. I'm trying to decide if I've had the same thing for three weeks or whether every train-borne lurgy in the city is trying me out. They're mild, because these are the viruses not severe enough to keep you home, so you go to work (especially if you only get PAID when you're there!) and share them with the travelling populace.

So yeah, I could get to work if I had to but since this is a day off, I get to stay home. Need to do a food shop, but not desperately, so will probably leave that - and most everything else - until tomorrow! Should do better with food storage. I read enough end of the world stuff to know I should have a cellar stocked with canned goods, or in my case, since I live in Australia, the land without cellars, at least to dig a big hole and bury a sack of stuff.

I'm sick of being sick! Knowing my luck, the zombie apocalypse will come along and I won't even notice because I'm so busy sneezing.

Sounds like you're a bit run down. Hope you have rested today, to give your immune system a boost.

I guess I must be, to keep getting sick this way, i.e. one day sick, next day back into it, then next week sick, manage to keep going, following week, catch this cold, still fuzzed out. I did crash out today, didn't feel energetic enough to do anything else!
